After a few rounds of struggling Devi manages to break free and get some distance on Jagmo, who has been underwater for quite a while now. She climbs out of the pool and runs off to hide. Jagmo also manages to get onto dry land and resumes his search. Devi is in a good spot until her damn watch alarm goes off and alerts Jagmo to her location. He grabs her sari and tears a big hole in it, but she breaks away from him. She ascends a few staircases and lands a kick on his head, sending him over a railing and down a flight. She comes to a dead end on the platforms, and must turn and face the Wrath of Jagmo.

As he triumphantly grins at her, she grabs the "No Diving" sign and cracks him over the head with it. This only makes him mad, and he lunges at her with his knife. She sidesteps his attack and he loses his balance. She gives him a helpful nudge and he goes off the platform and crashes into the pool below. Not sure why the "No Diving" sign was there when the pool was filled, but anyway.

Devi goes back to pick up The Tape behind Jesus, and goes home. Sunil calls her there from Parvathi's house (I really think that's a bad idea.) She tells him what has happened so far that night, and he tells her to stay at home and not go out for any reason while he calls for help to meet her there.

Devi hangs up the phone and decides to see what the whole fuss was about The Tape. At first she sees what looks like a normal movie. As she's watching it, the front doors open and we see some shiny shoes walking into the house. A pair of hands grabs her shoulders, but it's only Ram. He asks why she didn't come to the hotel, and she explains she saw Jagmo kill Parvathi.

Okay, since this is another murder mystery, I'll go ahead and give a spoilers alert here. If you're at all interested in seeing this movie and preserving the ending, stop reading now. I'll keep the Afterthoughts spoiler-free if you wish to skip ahead to that page.

Still with me? Okay.

About this time. Ram's tone changes a bit. He is angry that she went there and was that close to those two. He tells her that it was too dangerous for her to go fooling around with those people. She sees that he's carrying a copy of Priya, and is smoking a cigar! Uh oh! Oh, and I hope you like the rapid switching close-ups, because you get about a dozen of them in less than a minute here.

Ram tells her to go get cleaned up, since they still have time to celebrate their special day. However, the movie on The Tape changes. She sees Ram in Rama's room (no alliteration intended, seriously). She sees Ram telling her sister that she'd better keep quiet or else! Rama tells him that she knows what Ram and his buddies are up to - they steal idols from the museum and sell them. She tells him that she is going to inform the police about it. He tells her that he'll kill her before she can do that, and pulls out a gun. He lowers the gun from the frame, and they turn so that Rama's back is to the camera. A shot is heard, and Rama falls out of the frame.
