The flashback is ended as Vish squeezes the glass he is holding too hard, and it shatters in his hand in his hotel room. He wanders around looking for something to bandage his hand while he talks to himself. He begs Madhu for forgiveness and asks for a second chance. The scene ends as he says he can't live without her.
It looks as though the print I have on this DVD was taken from multiple sources. At this point in the movie, it's clearly not coming from a film transfer, and is instead coming from videotape. There's a bunch of weird color distortions and the poor clarity of the image is noticeable.
The
next morning, Shivangi and Suraj are leaving the hotel. Suraj is held up by one
of the managers to ask about their stay, while she goes out into the parking
lot. As she passes an SUV, the door pops open and she is yanked into it. Vish is
driving, and pulls away with her. Suraj comes out a moment later and looks
confused since Shivangi is not waiting for him.
Shivangi is arguing with Vish in the car as he keeps hold on her arm. She denies being Madhu and asks even if she was, is this how he would treat her? He keeps telling her there is no use denying it, he knows who she is. She manages to convince him to stop the car, and have a reasonable discussion about the matter. He says that Madhu has a mole on her right thigh. If she will show her leg to him and prove it isn't there, he'll drop the matter completely.
Shivangi
turns and runs away. Vish gets back in the car and begins following her. She
runs off the road and into the tall grass alongside it. He keeps pace with her
and stares at her while she struggles to keep going.
Soon she finds herself a good ways off the road, and stops to take a breath and look around. Vish suddenly pops up and grabs her, telling her that if she doesn't have the mole on her leg, then he's not interested in her. They grapple for a while until Suraj (somehow) arrives on the scene and begins to fight with Vish. I have no idea how he got there or how he knew where to go, but I suppose that's not too important.
This
fight goes on for some time, with the guys trading blows and knockdowns. Every
time Vish manages to knock Suraj down for a few seconds, he runs over and grabs
Shivangi and demands to see the mole again. As the fight progresses, they work
themselves closer to the nearby cliff. This is quite a drop. Eventually, Vish
goes over the edge.
Suraj is disappointed. He didn't want to kill Vish, only to make him stop bothering them. Shivangi tells him that it wasn't really his fault, only that he was trying to save her from him. As they are walking away, Vish's bloody hand comes over the edge, and he begins dragging himself up.
The
next scene has a plane landing, then a doorbell being rung. As it opens, we see
Shivangi's father opening the door to Vish. Vish asks him how he's doing, and he
replies that his life has lost all meaning. Vish tells him that he's seen Madhu
recently in Bombay, but Dad doesn't believe him. After all, if she were alive,
wouldn't she have contacted him? Vish tells him that he is taking him to Bombay
to ask her that himself.
Shivangi is going shopping at a fancy department store. As she browses around the place, we see Vish stalking her. He eventually makes his presence known, and she panics. She runs around the various displays while the patrons of the store stare at her and try to get out of her way.
