Shivani consults with the doctors about Vijay's case. We learn that his present state is due to the car accident in which he ran over her relatives. All of the leading doctors and specialists in the country have looked at him, but none have been able to help. The only way he can possibly recover is for someone to give him the love and affection that will restore his zest in life (his words, not mine) and then he might be cured. Shivani tells the doctor that she will personally take care of him.

This leads to a montage of her attending to his needs. She cleans him up, feeds him, the whole nine yards. During some quite lovely scenery shots, we see him showing a few signs of life. He moves his eyes occasionally, he moves a finger to touch her hand, his mouth twitches a little as if he were trying to smile, so on and so forth. Then in a moment of hilarity in this otherwise nightmare of a movie, she goes the drastic route and starts bouncing a Nerf ball off of his head until he reaches up to catch it.

I swear this was the only thing I laughed at in this whole movie.

We cut to the doctor walking along a street at night. A car pulls up beside him, and Vijay's mom leans out to ask the doctor for any news about her son. He says that a new social worker has come and is giving him her undivided attention, and Vijay is responding well. He is very confident that Vijay will recover soon. Mom is happy about this, and says she wants to meet this wonderful person.

We cut to a private show for Vijay as Shivani takes us through our last song for the movie, "Barson Ke Baad." Yes, that's right. She's killed people with her bare hands, bitten a chunk out of someone's arm, and slashed and burned a police officer, but she's still got to sing!

This ends up being a mushy love song while she shakes herself all around him and flops on him a few times. A few key things to point out in this scene - Vijay is somewhat mobile. He's able to push himself around in the wheelchair a bit and can turn his head. Also, there is a large pool with a fountain in it in the center of this little courtyard they're in. That will be important later.

This happy little interlude is interrupted when Mom comes into the area and sees the "angel" that is helping her son. Needless to say, she's none to pleased to find out who Vijay's savior is. Mom launches into a tirade about how Shivani was so terrible to her son, and led him down the wrong path. They grab at Vijay's chair handles for a little bit, until Shivani pushes his chair into the pool around the fountain. She keeps Mom from helping, and tells Vijay to tell his mother that she is not immoral and all of those lies were just that.

Vijay has enough mobility to flounder around in the water some, and is barely able to keep his head above the surface. Shivani cheers for him, telling him to come out of the water on his own, "you can do it," that sort of thing. After a minute or so of tense synthesizer music and splashing, Vijay finally makes it to the side and is pulled out of the water. Shivani struts off triumphantly as Mom and the doctor marvel at her healing techniques.

The sun rises (not sure if it's the next day or longer than that) and we hear Mom telling the doctor that thank goodness her son is cured. Mom says she was mistaken about Shivani, and that she's given Vijay a new lease on life. Vijay comes out in a suit and asks where Shivani has gone. They tell him that she was last seen near the temple, and ask him to bring her down to visit with them.

Vijay does go to the temple, and Shivani is indeed there, wearing a white wrap. Vijay comfortably slips into some old ways, and says that she has obliged herself to him and that he's the only path to life she has left. He reminds her that she's completely alone, and that's no way for her to live. He starts in on his old mantra, "Just say once that you love me!" She stands up and walks a few paces away, then slowly turns, smiling, and raises her arms to accept him.

Vijay saunters over and takes her in his arms. The camera spins around them a few times as sappy music is pounded out of the Casio keyboard. Things seem a bit awry when Vijay's head snaps up in surprise. He falls backwards against a pillar, clutching the knife that has been poked into his chest! Shivani whips off the white wrap to reveal her ninja robes, and tells him that she only nursed him back to health so that she might kill him! She takes a trident from a nearby statue and begins beating Vijay up with it, saying that a woman can be compassionate, but can also be filled with hate. She can create life, and can also deliver death.

She tells him to remember how he killed her husband and daughter, and how he ruined her life. He asks her if she hates him so much, why didn't she kill him when he was catatonic and handicapped? She says that if she did that, how could she face God, having killed a helpless person? She tells him it is a sin to kill a helpless person, but it is a good deed to slay a demon such as he is.
