Names get confusing here, so here's the new arrangement. For the duration of the scenes with Old Pal, I'll still refer to Ajay/Vicky as Vicky, and Old Pal will be called Real Vicky. Now that we have that settled, let's continue.

As one might imagine, Vicky is enraged at this accusation. He knocks Real Vicky to the ground and begins hitting him. Priya looks on with a very clear "what the Hell?!" expression as the club staff pulls her rambunctious fiancée off of Real Vicky. Finally they are separated and Vicky takes Priya away from the scene. All the while, Real Vicky is yelling at him about how dare he use his name to woo a girl, etc.

In case you were wondering, no - the police are not called and Vicky is not held in custody for fighting in public. Just thought you should know.

Back at the house, Priya sits outside and reflects on the choices she's made. We hear a few voice-over flashbacks of the conversations she's had with Vicky concerning his parents, then we hear Real Vicky shouting about Vicky's deception. We then cut to the interior of Vicky's office at work. He looks quite shaken, and we can hear his thoughts as he goes over recent events. He tells himself how he came here for revenge against Madan, and falling in love with Priya was just a coincidence. He tells himself that once he finally executes his plan, she will hate him for what he's going to do. He steels himself and reminds himself that his goal is the destruction of Madan Chopra, and that's what he's going to do.

We cut to the airport where a jet comes zooming in for a landing. Madan's car is shown arriving at the office, and he has a moment of deja-vu. He notices all the signs for the corporations now read the name Sharma instead of Chopra. One of the lawyers is at the gate, and tells Madan that Vicky has seized control of all the companies. We zoom inside to see Vicky spinning around in his desk chair, dressed to the nines in a suit and also sporting a pair of sunglasses. Madan bursts into the office and accuses Vicky of cheating him out of his fortune. Madan demands to know who this Sharma person is that he's sold the whole company to.

Vicky lets him ramble for a bit, then begins to chuckle at him. After his little giggle, Vicky grabs Madan by the arm and lets him know where they stand. He reminds Madan of the race - he let him win because that trophy was not what he wanted. His real prize was this position in Madan's company. Vicky then rises to dramatically pace around the room, and make some observations. He says that everything that happened 15 years ago is now repeating itself. He asks Madan to remember the man who took him in when he was at his worst, and how Madan repaid him by stabbing him in the back.

At this remark, Madan stops looking angry and instead takes on a look of shock and surprise. Vicky then reveals his true identity - he is Ajay Sharma, the son of Vishwanath Sharma. He also takes off his sunglasses to show his green eyes. (Well since the cat is out of the bag now, we'll go back to calling him Ajay.) Ajay isn't finished with Madan just yet. He asks Madan if he remembers the time Rahkee came to see him in this very office, and begged him for help. Little did Madan know, his actions would lead to the deaths of Ajay's father and baby sister, as well as putting Rahkee into such a state of shock that she's never really recovered. He then tells Madan that he is not to come into his office again without an appointment. He gestures for Madan to get out of his sight.

It seems that things are heating up in the plot department. We cut to Priya at the airport. She's speaking with a customer service representative concerning the crash at the Bangalore airport three years earlier. She asks for the next of kin information for the Malhotras, who both perished in the crash. Without asking for any form of ID or anything along those lines, the clerk is happy to oblige her request. Priya goes to the address she is given and finds herself looking at Real Vicky from the nightclub.

Real Vicky doesn't look surprised to see her. He brings her into the house and starts answering questions that Priya isn't asking. He tells her that he is of course, the real Vicky Malhotra. The man she's been spending all her time with is called Ajay. They went to school together, and were good friends. He isn't so upset that Ajay claimed to not recognize him, but he is mad that Ajay hit him. He still can't understand why Ajay would want to use his name though.

Real Vicky asks Priya how she knows Ajay. Priya tells him that they are engaged. Real Vicky tells her that Ajay is a liar, and if she doesn't believe him she can go and speak with Ajay's mother. He gives her the address, and Priya leaves to do just that.

After letting herself in (!) Priya doesn't announce her presence. She just starts wandering around, opening doors and checking out the other rooms. She discovers Ajay's portrait on one of the walls, and realizes that Real Vicky was telling the truth. She also discovers some newspaper clippings from when the former Sharma companies were taken over by her father. Priya continues nosing around and finds the suitcase we saw at the very beginning of the movie. Priya sorts through the old photos inside. She sees some of her father with Vishwanath, as well as herself as a little girl with Seema and her dad. The final chilling revelation is made when Priya finds the mangalsutra necklace containing Seema and Ajay's photos underneath some books in the suitcase.
