Swati has a moment of clarity, and says Vishal's name. However the respite is brief, and she begins having what reminded me of a grand mal seizure. Vishal tries to subdue her as Bai comes into the room. Between the two of them, they manage to get Swati pinned to the bed. Swati glares at them both and makes more mean snarling faces at Vishal. After a few minutes of this, we cut downstairs to find Qureshi getting into his car. Before he can drive off, he sees Dr. Rajan's car come screeching into the garage and park haphazardly. Rajan jumps out with his little doctor bag and runs over to the elevator.

Inside the apartment, we see Bai standing timidly (actually it's safe to assume she's always doing things timidly) on the stairs while Vishal lets Rajan into the apartment. They hurry upstairs where Rajan finds Swati tied to the bed and writhing around. Rajan goes to the bed and begins making some assessments while Vishal wears an expression of, "I can't take this anymore," and goes out into the hall. As Rajan fiddles with something we can't see, Swati's face changes to a slightly softer look, and she calls out in an odd voice for "Papa." She tells "Papa" that she's feeling very afraid, which causes Rajan to freeze in his tracks. That was the same thing that his dying daughter said to him before he left her to see Swati the first time. Swati then gives him a very evil, demented smile and starts cackling.

Rajan holds up what he's been toying with, and we see he was actually preparing an injection. He administers this, and Swati goes limp. He steps out into the hallway and looks back into the room with trepidation. As he does so, his cell phone rings. It's a call from the hospital, letting him know that his daughter has just passed away. Rajan looks up at a portrait of Swati and Vishal and tells them he'll be right there. He passes Vishal, who asks him what happened. Rajan says that he's put her to sleep, and that she's got a psychological disorder.

Vishal tells him not to be stupid, and why can't he see what's really happening here? Apparently, Vishal is thinking more along the lines of possession instead of psychosis. Rajan says that he has a personal matter to attend to, and that he's going. Vishal goes back upstairs as the camera pulls back to show Bai cowering against the wall. We also get a look at Millennium Boy, still happily sitting on the chair in the living room.

Over at the hospital we see a gurney bearing Rajan's daughter being wheeled away. Rajan and the first doctor Vishal had been talking to watch as she is taken away. The doctor offers his condolences, and tells Rajan that Vishal had called. He told Vishal about Rajan's daughter, and that he offered to refer him to another psychiatrist if he wants to take some time off. Rajan says that he doesn't want to leave this case. He tells the doctor about how he thought, just for a moment, that Swati was relaying a message from his daughter. The doctor doesn't react to his, and instead asks Rajan if he's told Vishal that they think Swati suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder.

They are interrupted by Qureshi, who walks up to them in the hall and does his little nametag introduction again. He tells Rajan that he is sorry to hear about his daughter, then asks if someone with MPD could pose a threat to someone's life. Rajan thinks on it for a moment, then says that yes, it is a possibility. Rajan then leaves, and Qureshi asks the doctor what he thinks about Swati. The doctor tells him he won't discuss the case, and also leaves.

Back at the apartment, Vishal is having a smoke out on the balcony. Bai tiptoes up to him and tells him that she knows it's Manjeet's spirit that is causing the trouble. She recognizes Manjeet's voice in all of the noises that Swati is making. She tells him that doctors will not be able to help in this case, and he needs to go to someone who "knows about these things." She urges him to do so quickly, before time runs out!

It just so happens that Bai knows someone who can be of service here. We cut to a darkly beautiful woman who is leading an outdoor class on the paranormal. She speaks to her students at some length about death and the afterlife, and the world of the unseen. After a blurry transition we see her going to her house, where she knocks on the door and someone lets her in. She is told that she has a guest who needs to see her about a problem he's having. Now, who could that be?
