I think about this time the fellas were getting a little tired, as the choreography starts to get a wee bit sloppy. They do more random kung fu on each other for a while with Jaidev looking like he's doing a little more damage that he is receiving. In the course of events, we have a few noteworthy Bobby Deol moments to enjoy.

As the battle wears on, it's becoming more and more clear that if this is a contest of endurance, Jaidev is probably going to win. He is controlling more and more of the fight as we go. He also manages to bonk Rahul's head against the mast, then flings him clear across the deck into the first pile of barrels once again. Oh, and for fans of continuity, Rahul's clothes are intact and spotless when he's in flight, but torn and bloody again once he lands.

Jaidev surveys his foe, and we also get a shot of Rashmi, who is still securely bound on the top deck, unable to move. This is important to remember. Rahul struggles to get up, but eventually collapses under the injuries he has sustained. That is until Rashmi calls over and over again for him to please get up. This energizes Rahul to the point of him climbing to his feet, only to get punched in the head by Jaidev. Thanks Rashmi, good idea there.

The most recent punch has knocked Rahul over to the side of the boat, where some ropes are strung around. Jaidev spends some time pummeling him as he hangs from the ropes until Rahul is unable to offer any resistance at all. Jaidev takes some loose coils of rope and wraps them around Rahul's throat and begins strangling him. It looks pretty grim for Rahul, until a pipe bonks Jaidev on the head from behind. Mildly stunned, he turns around to see a panicked Rashmi standing behind him wielding the pipe. Um, okay. How did she get loose? I suppose she may have struggled enough to loosen her bonds, but we aren't shown anything like that. The last we saw of her, she was immobilized up on the top deck of the ship. Now she's down on the main deck and smacking people with pipes. (sigh) Let's move on.

Rashmi looks at Jaidev with an expression that clearly reads, "Okay, I'll admit that might have been a mistake." He feels behind his ear and notices that he is bleeding. Rashmi shores up her courage and tries for another hit, but Jaidev catches the pipe mid-swing and stops the blow. He then swats Rashmi in the face with his free hand, sending her to the deck. He then moves in to strike her with the pipe, but his swing is also caught before it can land. We see Rahul holding the pipe behind Jaidev, and he snatches it from his grasp.

Rahul takes the pipe and begins thrashing Jaidev with it. Jaidev actually falls down during the barrage, and takes several hits from Rahul. Finally Jaidev plays extra dirty, and pulls out the pistol he had stashed in the back of his pants. He shoots Rahul (in the shoulder, of course) and puts an end to the beating. Jaidev climbs to his feet and points the gun squarely at Rahul. A moment or two passes by of cutting between Rashmi begging him not to shoot, Rahul bleeding and unable to fight back, and Jaidev slowly putting pressure on the trigger.

While on a shot of Rashmi, we hear a gunshot ring out. We see that Rahul is still standing, and Jaidev is still pointing his gun at him. Neither of them seems to be any worse for wear, and Rashmi looks puzzled. It's not until a second shot is heard, and Jaidev twitches, that we realize they've been joined by someone else.

We see Mallika arriving on a boat piloted by someone we don't know, who probably is thinking that he didn't get paid enough to bring this woman out here since she's now shooting at people. Oh, and it's a pretty impressive feat for Mallika to have hit Jaidev twice considering the range. She's only using a pistol, not a rifle with a scope. Oh yes, she's also on a moving boat hitting a human sized target on another boat, while it's bobbing a bit on the waves. Forget singing, this lady should be a sniper!

Jaidev hits the deck, presumably dead. Rashmi runs to Rahul and clings to him as Mallika boards their boat. She makes her way to the deck and checks out the situation. As it happens, Jaidev isn't quite dead yet. He asks Mallika why she shot him. She reflects for a moment, and hears his last conversation played out in her mind, when he told her that he loved her. Jaidev never gets his answer though, since he dies before she can say anything to him. Now it's time to deal with the aftermath of this glorious day out.
