Chander and Dilher are seen creeping about the facility, and Chander has donned a fake beard to be inconspicuous. I think that tiptoeing around while wearing the same uniform as everyone else would draw more attention, but whatever. It seems to be working. They find a balcony overlooking the meeting, and listen in as the men plan to start more riots and set different groups in the cities against each other by assassinating a key speaker at an upcoming rally. Marcelloni enjoys the discussion and calls for his old pal Ninja to get things started.

Just as Marcelloni hangs up the phone, our heroes shout for everyone to put their hands up, and level their guns at them. This also triggers a cue for the Star Wars music to start AGAIN. Marcelloni asks them who they are, and Chander gives them false names. Why? No matter. I have nearly given up on a coherent plot at this point. Oh and the men have taken off their beards now. Why? It's anyone's guess.

Chander makes his way to the main area of the meeting room, and says that Marcelloni is a traitor to his own country. He threatens them all that he will not let traitors and other such men live. Marcelloni isn't shaken. He reminds Chander that escaping from this facility will be difficult at best, so why not have a seat and relax? He then calls for Asha to be brought in, so we can have most of our important characters in the same room.

As Asha is dragged in, Marcelloni orders them to drop their guns. This, they do. However, at that moment Security Chief barges in and says that he has information pertaining to two Indian agents that have infiltrated the base. Luckily for our heroes, Zhum Zhum is in the hallway, and flings open the door behind Security Chief. This moment of distraction gives Dilher Singh a moment to pull a pistol he had hidden behind his back, and he shoots Security Chief. Chander grabs his gun from the floor and takes out the two guards on Asha.

The heroes then take their automatic weapons and gun down everyone at the table, except for Marcelloni, Bob Christo (yes!) and the bad guy that's been making most of the plans (A very young Tom Alter!). Chander turns his gun on Tom and recites most of the plan he had been describing. He tells Tom that it wouldn't have worked anyway, then he blows him away. Next up, we go to Bob. Bob doesn't get much of a taunting speech. Chander just asks him to watch how easily his body comes apart, then fills him with lead.

Dilher shoots out a bank of phones near the table, then turns his weapon on Marcelloni. Chander stops him, and says that they aren't going to kill him just yet. Chander wants to take him back to India to stand trial for all of the crimes he has committed against their country. They march him out at gunpoint to the Darth Vader theme from The Empire Strikes Back.

Zhum Zhum starts her new pattern here. Basically as they pass through each set, she turns to throw a grenade as they leave. This always cuts to a shoebox model of the fort and a gigantic explosion that in no way could have been caused by a grenade. The explosions trigger a general alarm, and everyone in the base starts heading for the exits. Chander tells Dilher to take everyone to their cable car, and he's going to radio their commander to tell him they're on their way. Chander bursts into the radio booth and shoots the operator, who dies in a most hilarious and exaggerated manner.

Chander turns a jack-in-the-box handle on the console, which causes an oscilloscope in the commander's office to blink in an impossible way. Chander radios that the mission is complete and he wants help getting home. The commander says he'll arrange for that, but adds that they found out the identities of the men who killed his father way back when. It was Mirza, Ninja, and Marcelloni! Chander looks like he's about to do some damage, but gets himself under control. He tells the commander about the attack on the speaker that's coming up but the signal is lost. Chander gets mad about this, but decides it's time to go.
