The intrepid duo finds themselves at the home of someone with a nice looking red convertible. Chander cautiously tries the horn on the car to call the owner out, but instead of a more traditional "beep" the car gives off a loud roaring sound, startling the heroes. They make their way to the door, and are accosted by Satish Shah, in a comedic role that didn't really work for me. Anyway, the next ten minutes boils down to basically this:

Well, since Chander saved the weapons and the girl, he's sure to be rewarded right? He goes to Bhalla's office for a debriefing. Bhalla is of course furious, and asks Chander why he acted in such a manner. After all, he had strict orders not to retaliate against the attackers. Chander explains that he felt Asha's "dignity" was in jeopardy, and he acted to protect her. After bristling at her name, Bhalla tells Chander to get out of his sight, and he's not to go around being heroic anymore. Chander says that he has saved the daughter of the owner of this company, as well as two truckloads of goods. He expected to be promoted, but instead he is scolded. He tells them that he doesn't understand, but gives them a nasty salute and leaves the office.

Outside we see Chander working on the engine of a Jeep as several companies of soldiers jog past. A group of them breaks off, and heads in his direction. Dilher Singh leads the pack, and they begin criticizing Chander for all of the violence the other day. Some of their friends were killed, and they want to pound on Chander for a bit to mourn. Chander ignores them until Dilher Singh throws his wrench into the middle of the street, triggering a fight. Dilher Singh repeatedly makes attacks against Chander, who is able to deflect or counter each move with some decent looking martial arts moves. Chander doesn't want to fight Dilher, so he never instigates an attack, and stays on the defensive. Things come to a head when Chander puts a bucket on his head and Dilher has a chance to hit him with the wrench that started the whole fight.

Chander is able to tell when the blow is about to fall, and catches Dilher's arm on the way down, flipping him over. Dilher finally concedes that he has lost the battle, and the two shake hands and make formal introductions. Dilher is impressed with Chander's abilities and they talk about martial arts for a while until Mirza shows up and wants to know what all the commotion is about.

Dilher begins acting as if the whole thing was a demonstration of fighting skills, but Mirza isn't buying it. Mirza prepares to thrash Chander with his weapon resembling a Stick of the Law, but Dilher stops his hand. He tells Mirza that it was all his fault, and he can be punished if Mirza so wishes. Mirza is a little put off by this whole thing, and just stalks off angrily. Chander thanks his new friend, and they head off for the barracks.
