Vikram gets irritated and walks over to the car. As the other man turns towards him, Vikram sees that it is Ajit Khurana! Vik looks surprised and confused, and begins slowly backing away as Ajit reveals he still has the fireplace rake that he likes so much with him. After a few awkward, or perhaps "suspenseful" moments, Ajit slashes Vikram across the face with the rake. This sends Vik reeling, and gives Ajit the chance for a few follow-up slashes in various other places around Vik's person. Finally Vik drops, and Ajit strikes a somewhat menacing pose with his rake.

Back at the house, Khanna is giving the bad news to Rajan that his house servant has been raked to death. Rajan is perplexed - how could anyone do this to Vikram? He didn't have an enemy in the world! Khanna thinks that the Ajit case is tied to this, but can't prove it. He makes some odd remarks to Simran about how she knows Tanya Khurana, but all this does is upset Simran. She promptly runs off to her room to cry. Khanna is convinced that Simran is hiding something, but won't say (or doesn't know) what it is.

We cut to Rajan pulling up to a health and fitness center. He gets out and looks around as if he were up to something shady, but we don't linger on this. Instead we go inside where Simran is soaking in a hot tub. The last remaining staff member pops in and tells her that it's now 9pm, and they're closing up shop. She's already on her way out, and just leaves Simran there.

Simran gets up and prepares to leave. We see Rajan lurking about in the halls, again looking like he's up to something. Simran sees a silhouette through some of those glass cube walls and starts to worry. And rightfully so, since Ajit Khurana comes out of nowhere with his rake. He starts grappling with Simran who manages to get away from him. As she runs through the halls of this rather large and elaborate spa, she starts yelling her head off about her problems.

Rajan (who still hasn't let on why he's there after hours) hears her cries and comes to see what's up. Simran runs past him and keeps going. Rajan turns to see what she's running from, and spots Ajit coming towards him with his rake. They square off, and Rajan reveals he has a pistol with him. They struggle over the gun for a while causing it to go off several times.

Credit where it is due - the gun really does fire this time. However, each time it goes off, it's only got one shell in it and they reload before the next take. How do I know this? It's an automatic pistol, and the slide doesn't snap back into place since the magazine is empty. This happens at least twice, as well as having two misfires, causing the flash to come out of the shell ejector instead of the barrel.

Ajit finally forces the gun out of Rajan's hand just as Simran makes it outside. She gets into her car as Rajan is forced through a plate glass window at nearly the top of the several story high building. Since Ajit's aim is perfect, Rajan lands right on Simran's car, blowing out all the windows and traumatizing Simran even further.

The police arrive, and Khanna looks genuinely saddened by the death of Rajan. He gets a rundown on what happened, and learns that Simran was sent to the hospital to be treated for shock. Sure enough, Simran's in bed and is seriously freaking out. She tells all of her friends as well as the doctor that "he will come" and has plans to kill all of them. Well maybe not the doctor.

Sameer tries to convince her that she is safe here, but Simran is pretty far gone by this point. The doctor confirms this by having a conference in the hallway with Sameer and some of the others. He tells them that to babble incoherently like this and to be scared when she's safe are signs that she's going insane (heehee!). The doctor does suggest that they take her out of the city for a while to someplace quiet and peaceful. That should help her calm down and hopefully prevent the onset of complete and utter madness. I added a little emphasis to the end there, since it needed a little punching up.
