We see several shots of Vicky and his buddies getting into an elevator. We have a tense montage of cutting between Vijay and Sapna in the apartment, Mallya pacing up and down the line of cars, Vicky and the men in the elevator, and Tony freeing himself from the ropes he is bound with. As this wears on, Tony manages to get his hands free and pulls out the cell phone he took at the club. How he was able to keep this thing hidden all this time, I have no idea. I'd have thought all that time he was a prisoner with Mallya's men would be plenty to search him for things like that. Guess not!

Tony cuts a hole in the fabric of the back seat (how'd he get the knife?!) and pokes the phone through it. Vicky enters an apartment and begins to search carefully through it. In fact he is being so careful, he is brandishing an obviously unloaded gun.

This is just lazy. Anyone who has ever seen a gun like this knows that when it looks like it does in this picture, it is not in a ready to fire state. (sigh) He walks around like this for quite a while, too.

Tony dials a number on his cell phone and leaves it poking out of the backseat of the car. Up in the room, the phone begins to ring. Vicky picks it up and hears Tony on the other end. He tells him that Vicky was right - he couldn't be trusted. The cabinet next to the phone starts beeping, and Vicky opens it to reveal the bomb that was not detonated at Tony's apartment has been planted inside. It then explodes, sending a few people out of the apartment. Vicky falls all the way down and lands on one of Mallya's cars.

Mallya is naturally quite angry about this, and runs over to the car that's holding Tony. He throws open the trunk and finds Tony laughing with delight. He asks Mallya what he thought of his little game. He explains that he had the whole thing planned out, including being tortured, etc. Yeah right. He tells Mallya that one son is dead. If he doesn't show up at court the next morning, then Vijay will be right behind him.

Tony tries to walk away, but Mallya grabs him. Tony turns and begins beating Mallya up. As he throws him around, we find ourselves in a completely different area. All of a sudden we have all these little cafe tables and customers around as Mallya and Tony fall all over the place and make a big mess.

Of note, there are a surprising number of Pepsi products on display. Little known fact - Pepsi cans make noises like the tinkling and shattering of glass when you throw Mallya through them. The fight goes on for far too long and in front of way too many people. Finally Tony stops and reminds Mallya of his appointment in court at 11am the next day. From the looks of things, I'd expect Mallya to be in the hospital at 11, but you know how tough these dudes are.

The next day we find ourselves at the courthouse. We see all of the main characters we know so far standing around looking worried as the judge fills out some paperwork. The clock chimes 11, and Mallya is nowhere to be found. The judge begins to speak, and it's obviously not him talking. We heard him talking back at his house when Tony threatened his grandson, and this voice isn't even close. Not to mention it sounds like it was recorded while speaking through a coffee can.
