The
"judge" reads off the findings of the court, and holds Gosai responsible for the
deaths of the children. As he is finishing up the verdict, Mallya walks in and
interrupts him. He tells the whole story to the court, just as Tony specified.
To wrap things up, we get a voice over from a female speaker. She tells us everything we already know about the plot to let Gosai take the fall for the scheme. Mallya is sentenced to life in prison. For signing fraudulent papers, Gosai gets five years. Tony gets three years for his involvement.
Upon further review and under the pressure of social activist groups, Gosai gets two years taken off his sentence. We are told that when he got out, Gosai set up a school for mentally handicapped children. Tony married Sapna upon his release and is living a "common man's life," whatever that is. I'm not sure that being married to a famous pop singer would be all that "common."
We
cut from a view of the skyline to a recap of the song "Chitti Dudh" while the
credits roll.
The End!
