On the ground, things are getting worse. The crowds at the hospital are getting aggressive, and we see several groups breaking off and trashing the little medicine stands that were selling the vaccine. The police show up and start wrangling the crowd. A Jeep containing Sapna and Tony arrives at the hospital and they are escorted inside. Suspicions are aroused as they walk the halls, since they pass armed guards at every corner. They arrive at the room they're being led to, and Sapna sees Gosai in the bed. She rushes over to him and cries out "Papa!"

This news hits Tony like the proverbial ton of bricks. He staggers back into the hallway and wanders around a few corners looking anguished. He finally gets angry, and smashes the glass in one of the doors. He scowls at us as we pause for our intermission.

We come back from the break and find ourselves back at Tony and Goli's place. Goli is browbeating Tony for getting into this whole mess with Sapna. Look what it's led to! He asks Tony how Sapna is supposed to marry him once she learns that Tony is the one responsible for all this. Tony tells him that he got himself into this mess, and he's going to be the one to set things right. (Not sure how he's going to help the kids that were killed as a result of his actions, but I'm sure he's worked all that out. He's a very resourceful guy.)

Tony heads over to Patil's office, and demands to know where Patil is. The guys there say they don't know, so Tony starts beating them up and breaking the windows. We cut to Patil ranting about what's happened to his place of business to Mallya. He warns Mallya that Tony is a very dangerous man, and he will likely be coming his way sooner or later. Mallya tells him that he will not be intimidated, and that he expects Patil to have Tony killed as quickly as possible.

Over at Sapna's house, things are looking grim. Pankaj is on the phone with a powerful lawyer, but he's refusing to take the case. Sapna attempts to plead with him, but to no avail. Whoosh, we find ourselves in court. The prosecutor is laying it on pretty thick and painting a very damaging case against Gosai. The judge agrees that things sound bad, but since no lawyer would voluntarily take his defense, he will have to appoint one. Until they get that sorted out, Gosai will be kept in police custody.

Gosai is led outside, where there are about a million pissed off parents waiting to see him. He is led cautiously away until a man runs up behind them and whacks Gosai in the head with a shoe. This sets off a pretty chaotic riot while Gosai is dragged off to the police van.

We cut to a live news broadcast from the scene. Tony watches in dejected horror as the cameras get a good look at the action. The name of the judge is mentioned in the broadcast, so Tony goes over to his house to have a few words.

Tony lurks outside the mansion in a torrential downpour. He manages to somehow get inside and spots the judge carrying his grandson around. Tony reveals himself to the judge and tells him that he has locked up all of the other family members and the security crew. Man he's good! I'm sure that would have made for an exciting scene, but we'll just assume that he's telling the truth and move on. He tells the judge that Gosai is innocent, and that he was coerced into approving the drug. Howeer, the judge doesn't buy it. He doesn't know how someone could be bullied into committing such a huge breach of ethics.

Then came the moment that really really surprised me. Tony decides to demonstrate how someone could be put into such a position. He grabs the judge's grandson (looks to be six or seven years old) and throws him onto a desk. He holds the kid down and pulls out a pretty mean looking knife and holds it just over the kid's chest. The judge begs for the life of his grandson as Tony glares at him over his shoulder.

After a moment of tension, Tony drops the knife and picks up the boy. He tells the judge that's how someone could be compelled to commit such a crime, and leaves.
