As the music builds to a climax, we see Sunita's eyes widen as the spirit of Disha makes herself at home in Sunita's body. In a demonic voice, Sunita's body commands them to stop this wedding at once. Manav and Shanti look up in shock at what they're hearing. Shanti quickly comes to the conclusion that this is just Disha acting up again, and she's going to set her straight once and for all. Shanti marches away from Manav, untying their sashes and also leaving the protective circle. Manav tries to stop her, but she's out of reach in seconds.

Shanti moves close to Sunita to shut her up, but once she nears her they both fall silent. Manav also leaves the circle to try and help Shanti, but when he gets near her, Shanti turns towards him and reveals that she now has the crazy green eyes! This could complicate things.

Manav is stunned. He doesn't quite know what to do, so he freezes in his tracks. Possessed Shanti gives him a wicked smarmy grin, but then whips her head back towards Sunita when Sunita brandishes the snowflake pendant. They face off, with Sunita chanting something softly and keeping the pendant between them. With a surge of power, Shanti is flung against the far wall, and she collapses on the floor. With the sound of vicious punches, several cuts appear on Shanti's cheeks. Shanti weeps and calls for Manav to come to her. She tells him that Disha is gone, and that she's in a lot of pain. Sunita gives Manav looks that read pretty clearly - "I wouldn't if I were you."

Manav and Sunita cautiously approach her. When they are within arm's reach, Possessed Shanti springs her trap, and grabs Sunita by the throat. She Flings Sunita all the way up to the ceiling, and lets her fall down on a set of antlers owned by a trophy in the room. The antlers go right through Sunita, and presumably ends her life. There is an odd calm in the room after Sunita expires, and Shanti seems to be herself again. She sobs when she sees what's happened to Sunita, and can't believe what is going on.

The respite is short-lived however, and Shanti is once again filled with the malevolent spirit of Disha. The eyes go green once again, and Possessed Shanti runs across the room to pick up a very large knife. She turns to face Manav, holding the knife in front of her.

Manav still can't bring himself to do anything. He watches in horror as Disha speaks from within Shanti, asking if he really plans to marry Shanti. She says that she will kill Shanti if she wants to. With inhuman speed, she whips the knife up to her neck and presses it against the skin. Manav calls out Disha's name to stop her, and it works. We see Disha's face looking at Manav with pleading eyes. He says that he knows she wants him to go with her, and that he's willing to do so to spare the life of Shanti.

Disha gives him a hopeful smile, and leaps out of Shanti's body. Shanti collapses to the floor, and Manav hurries over to check on her. Shanti tells him that she cannot live without him, but he tells her he must go. She proved her love to him by agreeing to go through with the marriage in spite of the risks, and now he must prove his love for her by doing what he must to spare her life.

We cut to the now familiar mountaintop where Manav is waiting for Disha. He yells out her name over and over, telling her that he has come and is doing what she wanted.
