There has been an unfortunate turn of events in the Manisha in '05 campaign. As some of you might recall, I was scheduled to travel to India this fall and propose to Manisha Koirala. Well, you know. Anyway, the trip is very much in jeopardy. Circumstances have changed and the journey has become prohibitively expensive, thus ruling out my chances of going to Mumbai to meet Ms. Koirala.
I would like to thank all of you who participated in the Manisha in '05 project, from the first marker board signs to any word-of-mouth that has been generated. Unfortunately, it's looking like it will be Manisha in '07 or '08, depending on a wide range of variables. If anything else comes up, I will update the status page. In the meantime, we'll just hope that she's still available by the time I get there.
