Despite their knowing looks, Sanjana and Priya are not in agreement on what Sanjana has planned. That evening we see them arguing. Priya tells Sanjana to get some clothes together and come with her. She doesn't want Sanjana to spend a night in the house alone with all the weirdness that's been going on. Sanjana is steadfast in her resolve, and tells Priya to go home without her. She wants to stay behind and learn the truth about what's going on. Priya tells her this is not a good idea. She points out that Agni is convinced there's an evil soul lurking in the house, and even if he's wrong there's no need for Sanjana to take the risk.

Sanjana puts her foot down and says that she is determined to find out if there really is a ghost that wants to speak to her, and not just her going crazy. She wants to know that this is real, and not just a side effect from her sleeping pills. Finally, she wants to know who is right - Agni or Aditya. Priya doesn't have a comeback for any of those arguments, so Sanjana stays alone.

We see a "time passes" external shot of the cottage as the CG bird flaps past the moon. Inside we find Sanjana sitting patiently at the dining room table, waiting for something to happen. After a few tense moments, we hear a clunking sound coming from the hallway outside the room. Sanjana is startled by the sound, and listens carefully as it happens again, only slightly softer. She nervously gets up from her chair and begins walking through the house, trying to find the source of the sounds.

She ends up in the bedroom, and sees that the doors that keep blowing open have done so again. She looks around carefully for a second, then walks across the room and closes the doors. She takes a few steps backwards towards the center of the room until her progress is interrupted by another hair-tousling gust of wind. This causes her to squeal and spin around to see what caused it. Naturally, she sees nothing. Sanjana looks like she is reconsidering her plan to stay there and talk to the ghosts.

As she breathes heavily and looks frightened, she notices something on her hand. She looks down to see a red wet spot on the back of her right hand. Sanjana looks upwards to the chandelier which seems to have suffered a grievous wound and is losing a lot of blood. A few more splattery drops land on Sanjana's face as she looks at it in horror. Suddenly the blood begins pouring out of the light fixture with the force and spray of a shower head.

Sanjana backs away towards the doors she just closed before changing her mind and running for the hallway. The door to the room slams shut behind her, causing her to panic and start running randomly into other doors. All of them slam shut before she can get into any other rooms, or out of the house.

Sanjana's panicked flight finally carries her through a door before it can shut all the way. She finds herself in the garden area where she dreamed she met Robert. She takes a moment to catch her breath, and looks over to see a good sized mirror on a stand not too far away. She is startled by the blood on her face from the chandelier, and she gives herself a good looking over for a moment. As she does this, a misty shape begins to form next to her in the reflection. Sanjana notices this, and watches in horror as the shape solidifies into the figure of a young woman in a nightgown that is completely drenched in blood.

Sanjana whirls around to look in the real room to see if the bloody girl is standing there, but the room is empty. We can still see her in the mirror, but she's not in the actual room. When Sanjana looks into the mirror again, the girl is still there. She slowly raises her left arm and points at Sanjana's reflection, causing Sanjana to finally snap and run away from the mirror screaming at the top of her lungs.
