We next see RJ visiting a casino. He looks about admiringly, and smiles quietly to himself. This is what Tech has been keeping himself busy with while RJ was in jail. RJ heads over to Tech's office to talk business. As RJ makes his entrance, Tech doesn't look all that pleased to see him. He covers his initial shock quickly and comes over to give RJ a manly hug. They make some small talk before RJ decides to get to the point. He's there to ask for his cut, since that was the deal they had when he became a state's witness. Tech asks him what "cut" he is talking about. This makes RJ a little miffed, and he begins threatening to mess Tech up if he doesn't live up to the deal.

Tech backpedals a few steps and says that things are more complicated now. The business is now owned by Bhau, and he will have to talk to him before handing over RJ's share. Tech tells him that he'll have everything arranged in two days. In the meantime, RJ takes some spending money and Tech's Mercedes. As soon as RJ is out the door, Tech picks up the phone and tells someone that a man just left in his car, and that they should "finish him off." Uh oh!

Never fear, dear readers. RJ is far too savvy to get caught in a trap like this. He notices the tailing car almost as soon as he gets into the Mercedes. He smiles to himself at the pathetic attempt they are making to catch him. RJ drives to Bela's workplace, which looks to be a restaurant. RJ tells her to go to the back, and proceeds to shoo out all of the customers.

Once everyone is out, the phone booth rings. RJ goes inside to talk to the caller. When the goons outside see that RJ is in an enclosed space, one of them goes inside. He pulls a gun on the manager and forces him into the kitchen. RJ comes out and taps him on the shoulder, then literally grabs him by the gonads when he turns around. He forces the man into the phone booth with him and turns him towards the door.

Moments later, the main force of goons shows up and piles out of their car. They open fire on the phone booth then take off once they've emptied their guns. When they've left, RJ pushes the corpse of the first goon out onto the floor, and celebrates his brilliant plan with a smoke. See? Told you he'd be okay.

Back at the casino, Tech is relaxing with a drink. He seems very busy moving things around and generally wasting time. He puts something in a secret compartment in the wall, and turns to discover RJ has let himself in, and is sitting at the mini-bar in the office. Tech is of course surprised that he's alive, and begins panicking. RJ begins the casual, smooth approach that we saw earlier as he was dealing with a stressful situation. He mentions that Tech sent some men to come and kill him. Tech swears that he did no such thing, and gets a slap in the face for it. The beating is about to get really ugly when the phone rings. RJ tells him to answer it and talk normally, and not to make any funny moves.

Tech puts the call on speakerphone, and the caller tells him that their mission is complete and they've killed RJ. RJ grabs for Tech again, who begins begging for his life in the funniest voice you have ever heard. I can't accurately describe it, but it is high-pitched and fast. It's so funny that even RJ thinks it's hilarious! He demands that Tech apologize for his wrongdoing in this silly voice. He tells Tech that had they not been friends since he was a kid, he'd have seriously injured Tech for this act. Instead, he begins taking all of the important business documents that Tech was keeping in the secret compartment. He goes to the secret exit that Tech had installed for quick getaways and tells him to call Bhau to arrange his money.

Bhau is fooling around with a woman in what is perhaps the most risqué scene I've yet witnessed in one of these films. When he takes the call, he is none too pleased about what he is being asked to do. He tells us that he is going to arrange for RJ's "ticket to hell." Oh no! This scene is so scary, that it makes the movie take an intermission.
