This movie wastes absolutely no time in getting right to the funky weird stuff. In what I am assuming is a gesture to the odd stylish openings of several of the James Bond films, we have lots of people dancing around in various odd costumes, and lots of men pointing guns around. It's all done in kind of a dark and hazy place, and it's not easy to see anyone clearly. We do get the distinct impression that we're in the middle of Something Serious, and we should all Get Ready For Adventure. Or some such thing.

The opening song slowly mutates into a fusion of the Mortal Kombat theme song and someone rapping to a toe-tapping dance beat. This goes on for close to four minutes.

Finally we emerge from the opening credits, panting for breath and wondering how many psychotropic drugs we've been slipped. We see a car pulling up to the front of an airport, and screeching to a halt. A jump cut shows us a man with a distinctive face calling the customs agent (a cameo by Dalip Tahil!) at the airport. The caller tips him off that there is a man called Jagmohan Lal Jugran passing through the airport for the 11am flight. He'll be wearing a plaster cast on his arm, but he is not hurt - the cast is there to conceal diamonds!

Sure enough we see a side shot of that very thing - a man striding purposefully through the airport, sporting a cast. Customs Man runs out of his office looking for the Plaster Man. A few tense moments pass as a jamming drum beat thumps around the soundtrack and someone's cat flops around on a Casio keyboard. Finally, Customs Man catches up to Plaster Man, and confronts him. We see the reveal of Jugran (via three repeating little zooms on his face) as Customs Man asks him to step into his office. The cut the cast off of his arm, and find nothing inside of it. In fact, Jugran is able to move the arm freely and apparently without pain. That isn't enough to arouse anyone's suspicion, so they allow him to leave. Jugran is mad at them for causing him to miss his flight, and he turns to storm out of the office in a fit.

Customs Man apologizes for the inconvenience and says they will "get his plaster tied again" and put him on the next plane out. This appeases Jugran, and we cut out of the scene.

We see Jugran getting out of a car somewhere, and comes face to face with the man that had called the airport. A third man joins them, as all three walk into the courtyard of a doctor's office. They nearly bump into someone there, and they have an odd meeting of the eyes. Jugran asks if Dr. Ashok Soni is in, and the stranger indicates that he is. Jugran thanks him, and the three men go inside as the stranger walks away. Inside the office, we see the doctor working on a dollhouse (seriously). He speaks over his shoulder to whom he thinks is the man that just left (his name is D'souza, remember that for later) and asks why he's come back. He explains (still without turning around) that he's got to build this dollhouse for his daughter, and can't go out today.

He finally turns to see Jugran pointing a gun in his face, and demanding to have a cast put on his arm. We see them loading it with diamonds (aha, see it was all an elaborate ruse!) and getting things all nicely tied up. The Distinctive Faced Man (oops, we hear his name here - it's Keshav) urges the doctor to hurry, as the plane leaves at three. Jugran angrily storms over to Keshav and slaps him, telling him that he talks too much.

Jugran then turns to the doctor who once again has his back to the men (I thought doctors were smart?) and tells him that he has his fees for him. Dr. Soni turns to collect them, and finds out that his payment is a pair of bullets in his chest. Dr. Soni falls backwards onto the dollhouse, and then to the floor. The Evil Trio walks out and screeches away in their car.

The doctor has enough life left in him to call the Customs Man and tell him that there's a man called Jugran coming through at 3 o'clock with a cast load of diamonds (sound familiar?). Customs Man once again gets up to investigate. Back at the office, little Seema comes home to find her dad all shot up and bleeding out on the floor. Dr. Soni stammers out some sentence fragments about a man smuggling diamonds, but doesn't make much sense.

Seema is naturally upset by this. Matters are not helped when Mrs. Soni comes in and has much the same reaction. A nice slow motion scream sends us flying into a jump cut back to the airport.

Jugran is reading a newspaper at a table in a cafe when he is joined by Customs Man. Customs Man apologizes for the trouble, but he insists that they once again remove Jugran's cast. Jugran says that he'll only allow that in the presence of his lawyer. They all go to the Customs office to make the appropriate calls. Jugran is left alone to contact his lawyer as Customs Man gives some curt orders to his underlings. When he goes back in to check on Jugran, he sees the phone has been dropped and the window is hanging open. Jugran has escaped!
