The two young people sit at a table in the cafe. Suraj goes to town on his mug and seems quite content to just down it as fast as possible. Mahek nervously ventures forth the fact that she never asked what it was Suraj was doing at her house the night of the attack. He explains that he came there to apologize to her. Something he said in the library upset her, and he wanted to make amends. Mahek explains that it was her fault, not his, that she fled the scene like she did.

Suraj can tell that this is some heavy stuff for Mahek, so he tells her that if she doesn't want to talk about this, then they don't have to. She tells him that she needs to let him know what's up, and starts her tale. She says that while everyone knows what happened to her sister, no one knows about her father.

Mahek explains that her father left their family when they were just kids, and ran off with another woman. They heard two years ago that he died in an accident. She loved her dad, despite all of that, but now he'll never come back. At this point, Mahek breaks down and starts crying. Suraj tentatively puts his hand on Mahek's and says that he is very sorry for all that's happened to her, and he tries to comfort her as best he can. Outside the cafe, Rocky and Rajat sit in a car, watching the couple inside with great interest. After they see this last part, Rajan pulls away and Rocky puts on his shades to cover his expression.

Enough of that! That evening we see Mahek's house shrouded in darkness. The camera swoops in and the windows open in front of it to let it into the room. This is Mahek's bedroom, and we see her sleeping soundly. A hand reaches down to brush her hair away from her face, and she touches it without opening her eyes. Mahek quietly says the word "papa," and smiles in her sleep. The hand brushes her again, and she moves her hand along the blankets until she notices it's resting on something cold and metal. Realizing that this is unusual, she opens her eyes. She sees the perpetually smiling face of the Joker sitting on her bed, knife in hand, staring at her with his cold dead eyes.

Mahek literally begins squealing like a stuck pig. The camera inverts and shows us that the room is empty. Mom comes rushing in to ask her what's wrong, then assumes that she's had the same nightmare again. She tries to convince Mahek that there's nothing wrong, but Mahek is sure that "he" is in the house with them.

The sun rises, and Mahek is up to meet it. I'm guessing she didn't sleep again the rest of the night. Gehna comes over in the morning to make her breakfast. She hands Mahek a steaming mug of coffee and warns her that it is really hot. Mahek doesn't register a word of this, and immediately takes a big drink. She screams in pain and drops the mug, then begins freaking out.

Gehna is initially concerned that Mahek has been burned, but her look of worry for Mahek turns into a look of bewilderment as Mahek screams out questions along the lines of "what's wrong with me?!" She goes on about how she can't forget the killer no matter what she does. She knows he is dead, but she can't shake the thought of him lurking around every corner. She then collapses against Gehna who does her best to make Mahek comfortable.

Where do you go from here? Well Gehna goes to the go-kart track. As Rocky, Rajat, and Suraj cheer on one of the drivers, Gehna tries to get their attention to talk about what to do with Mahek. She says she's really worried and doesn't know what to do. Suraj suggests a break ("yeah, from you!" chimes in Rocky), and after some discussion they decide they should go to Thailand on a vacation. (There's another stab at Rhea's intelligence in this conversation, because you know, she's like that.) The only question that remains is who will convince Mahek that she should come along?

Apparently it was decided that a group effort would work best, as that's what shows up at Mahek's house that afternoon. The whole gang shows up to tell her to get a good night's sleep, as she's heading out the next day. We watch as the crew all wake up the next morning and get things ready to go as the next musical number plays over this montage: "Sabhi Andazein Husn."
