The singing we heard starting up was the prelude to our next musical number, "Kahin Aag Lage." This is one of the best songs in the movie in my opinion. It's got a very cool drum beat, a cool mix of orchestra strings, and just a catchy tune. Very memorable. Admittedly the dances in this one get a little strange, but all in all it's a cool package.

As the song progresses, we see it go from rehearsal, to video, to a large performance at a film festival. Manav is watching this from home with a wistful look on his face. The show cuts to Prabha who announces that Mansi will be appearing at the MTV India Viewer's Choice Awards later on. We immediately cut to that party, complete with "Livin' La Vida Loca" playing in the background.

The camera crews are all over the place interviewing Vik, Mansi, and anyone else involved with their act. Mansi notices that Manav has somehow managed to get himself invited to the party and is mingling with the guests. Mansi points him out to Prabha, who then reports the news to Vik. Vik tries to keep up his snappy patter with his happy onlookers as he heads in Manav's direction.

Vik slips away from the cameras and gets Manav's attention. He asks him what he's doing there, then takes him aside to talk to him for a minute. He politely tells Manav that while he does like his confidence and attitude, the fact that he is there is making the evening awkward for Mansi. He politely asks Manav to leave the party, but Manav doesn't want to go. Vik asks him why he keeps showing up even though Mansi doesn't acknowledge him. Manav tells Vik that they're having a spat, like all people in love do. Vik decides that Manav is crazy and calls his assistant Banerjee over to escort Manav out.

Before Banerjee can do that, the MC for the night makes an announcement that the awards are about to be given out. As luck would have it Manav is the "chief guest" for the night due to his family's business connections, and he is called up to give Mansi her award. As he makes his way to the stage, some of his virtues are announced, like he's the only son of a powerful businessman, and he was at the top of his class in college while studying Indian music and Indian literature. All this is news to Vik, who finds the situation interesting. He suggests to Banerjee that they go have a few drinks.

Manav is busy making the most of an already awkward moment. He mutters a few choice statements to Mansi while they are doing that fake smile for the cameras thing celebrities do. He tells her that she doesn't want to have all this fuss. She's his beloved, and he tells her to tell him that she doesn't love him. She can't do it, so he tells her he will wait for her. He leaves her alone in the spotlight and heads out.
