Vik softens up a little and tells her that if she sings from her heart and soul that they will win this competition. He wanders off to get Banerjee, but Mansi calls him back. She asks if it is okay for her to sing a song from her village in the show tonight. Vik reminds her that they do have a whole orchestra that's been rehearsing the previous selection for tonight. Mansi replies that he said the one who sings from their heart and soul will be the one to win, and the village song will help her do that. Vik stares at her for a minute, then agrees. He orders the band to get ready to do a different song, and heads off. Mansi gets teary-eyed and stares at her Coke bottle for a bit while the opening lines of the next big song start up. This one's creatively titled "Ishq Bina Kya - 2," and is quite the elaborate performance.

A surprising amount of plot unfolds during this song. We see Mansi having flashbacks to her time with Manav, as Vik listens to her on a set of headphones. The song is very similar to the previous version, only quite a bit faster paced. After the main vocal section is done, the lights go down for a moment, then come up again to show the orchestra and lots of backup dancers who all begin belting out one of Vik's remixed versions of her song. Mansi looks back at them with a confused and somewhat disgusted look on her face as they twist and change her simple folk song.

The show gets more and more elaborate as it goes, which makes me think that Vik is the world's greatest showman ever if he can make a song change on zero notice and then conjure up a lighting scheme, new dances, new orchestration, and new special effects. No wonder he's the best! Things get weird here too... there are moments where long flowing red sashes burn up, and a squad of guys in flammable suits flail around while burning.

Naturally Mansi is horrified by all of this. She disappears from the stage just before the firey guys come out, and Vik takes the bow at the end of the song. We cut from the show to Mansi and Vik at an outdoor cafe. Vik is on the phone taking congratulatory calls from back home in India. He tells Mansi that she's a multi-national hit, and that he's very happy for her. He comments on how her tears during the song were a "nice touch," and that the "venom of Manav" needed to get out of her. He reminds her that they're to be wed when they get home, and that it's going to be the best day of his life.

Cut to the airport. Legions of shrieking fans are waiting for Mansi's arrival. As the celebrities make their way through the crowd everyone is asking Mansi if she's happy and excited about the wedding. She replies with a rather deadpan "yes," or "sure." Vik asks the security guys if Manav showed up. They said he did, but the told him to go away and haven't seen him since.

Mansi hears a familiar voice, and sees her father having (sigh) a bottle of Coke with Jagmo. She sends Shannu over to see what's going on, since the last she knew those two guys hated each other. Tara explains to her that when friends fight and then apologize, they become even better pals. Mansi is led away by the entourage, and Tara goes back to talking with Jagmo. They make some cryptic comments about "making a move," but don't reveal anything just yet.
