Vik notices Tara in the corridor, and asks him why he was socializing with Jagmo. Tara reassures him that he and Jagmo are old friends, and there's nothing to worry about. He sends Vik off in Mansi's direction and chuckles at how jumpy Vik is.

Mansi is settling in at the lounge. As she adjusts her makeup, she notices Manav in her mirror. She turns to see if he's really there, and he is! He says he has come to set her straight on some things. He explains that marriage is a pretty big deal, and she should do it for the right reasons. He tells her that if she marries Vik, she is deceiving him since he knows that she still has Manav in her heart.

Okay, time for me to interject. Here was the point that I decided this movie was getting a little silly. Manav suddenly becomes very insistent and almost pushy. He spends the next few minutes ranting about how he is present in every song she sings and everything she thinks and feels. Kind of a high opinion of himself, eh?

Eventually Manav is escorted out by security. Vik has a few words with the head of security about the quality of his work since he let someone in the room, but it doesn't really go anywhere. Next thing we see is a parade for the happy couple, complete with floats and more dancers. We pull up to the license bureau and learn that it will be about ninety minutes before their turn comes up. That should give us plenty of time for some drama to unfold.

Sure enough, Mansi sees Manav in the crowd. He's going for full-on sympathy here, complete with a stained bandage on his head and Brownie in a backpack. Mansi tries to avoid eye contact with him, and asks Vik if he minds if she sits in the car. Banerjee escorts her over to the limo and sets her inside.

Vik continues playing to the crowds and waving his hankie in the air while cheering, until he also notices Manav in the throng of fans. He goes over to the chief of police and tells him that Manav has a bomb on him and will kill them all if he is not stopped. The cops go over and frisk Manav while Vik talks to some reporters.

The cops come back over and explain that Manav didn't have a bomb - he's just another one of Mansi's adoring fans. Vik asks if they will arrest him until after the wedding, but they refuse since he's not really done anything wrong.

For no reason whatsoever, we see a mob run over some little picket barriers and start fighting with the cops. Manav loses track of Brownie at this point, and starts calling for him.

Brownie finds himself standing next to Mansi's limo. She sees him and calls him over. Brownie happily props himself up on the door while Vik asks how she knows this dog. She reluctantly tells him that this is Manav's dog, causing Vik to scoff and make a comment about how Manav didn't come himself - instead he sent his dog to wish them well.
