Bhujang is really angry. He slaps Dirty Cop Suraj in the face and says that
he believed he told him to take care of security, so what happened? Suraj cowers
in front of him (literally) and says that he is sorry, and that he made a
mistake. Bhujang agrees. It was due to this oversight that Mr. Hatari was beaten
up, and they lost the entire shipment of weapons. Not knowing what else to do,
Bhujang just stands there and screams out questions as to the identity of the
new enemy that's wrecking his operation.
Well,
we know who it is, so let's go see what he's up to! Karan is hanging out at
home, talking to a portrait of his father. He promises that he will hit the
enemies so hard, they will shed tears of blood. He then calls Bhujang's house
and gloats. He points out that he could have killed his sons again, but instead
settled for ruining his shipment. He also says that this proves once again that
he can take Bhujang out anytime he chooses. However, he won't make his end a
swift one - he wants to make sure Bhujang hurts, and hurts a lot. Natasha pipes
up and says that she thinks this nemesis is acting out of revenge.
Now that the griping ice has been broken, other people start mentioning some issues that have
yet to be resolved - mainly, Mr. Hatari wants his payment, and apparently Don
was involved as he asks for his commission. Bhujang says that they must work
together to find a way to recoup their losses and to put a stop to this problem
they're all having. Ranga and Goga ask just what can they do to recover from
this devastating loss!
Ravi
has the answer. He suggests robbing a bank to get the cash, which will also hurt
"the country," as the bank holds the country's money. Okay! Bhujang sends his
sons to set up the strike with The Minister, who also happens to be Renu's
father. (It's entirely possible I missed his title earlier in the film. This is
a long one, so it's easy for me to get confused!)
Papa Renu isn't enthused with the idea. He explains that the bank they've
selected is very busy and likely to be quite difficult to loot. The boys
explains that if he wants his money to fund his election, then he's going to
need to be a team player here. They head out, doing the whole, "OH I see, that's
how you're going to be about it then?" attitude when Papa Renu stops them. He
says there are other ways he can help them that are shady, but legal. Goga
points out that the reason he's the minister is so that he can do illegal things
legally. (Hmm!)
By
this time, Jai has noticed the raised voices in the house, and is listening in.
He hears the men going over the plan, and what they're asking Papa Renu to do.
He is to close certain roads and make sure the cops don't interfere.
Jai quietly sneaks off and tells Renu what he has heard. She is naturally
dubious to hear that her father is involved in these shady dealings, and argues
with him. She thinks he's saying these things because he's jealous that she's
been engaged to someone else. She says that this is no reason to accuse her
father of being a crook. Jai calmly tells her that jealousy isn't a factor here.
He has told her this out of concern for her own future. He says that if she
doesn't believe him, then she should come down to the bank tomorrow and see for
herself what her future husband does.
We
cut to Karan's cab where Ravi is giving him the details of the plan. He says
that he'll wait outside near the getaway cars, and Karan can go inside and shoot
the gangsters. Karan agrees to the very complicated and intricate plan.
The next day we see Dirty Cap Suraj sitting in a police Jeep. Karan sits up
from the backseat, having somehow gone unnoticed until this moment. He points a
gun at Suraj's head, who begins to cry. He asks how Karan is alive, and what
he's planning to do. Karan tells him there's nothing much going on. He's just
there to force Suraj to drive him to the robbery. He knows that Suraj is
planning to arrive late on the scene so that they can get away with the crime,
but if he's there he'll have to go in or else blow his cover.
Speaking of the robbery, let's go have a look at that. Several nondescript
white vans arrive at the bank and begin discharging robbers. Ravi shoots the
guard at the front door in the arm to disable him, and the rest of the men storm
inside!
