Inside
the bank we see Jai and Renu sitting there waiting for the action to start. They
don't have to wait long, as the horde of suspender-wearing hooligans run in with
pantyhose on their heads and start shooting their guns into the ceiling. Goga is
near the front of the pack, and starts shouting for people to stop moving, or
else they're likely to get all shot up. Renu and Jai share looks of, "Looks like
I should have believed you" and, "I told you so," respectively.
The looters spread out to cover all of the people as Goga moves into the main storage area for the cash. After a close call with a brave teller reaching for an alarm button (for which he is rewarded with a toss through a plate glass window), Goga shoots the locks off of some cases and grins like an idiot at all of the money.

Outside we see Karan holding a gun under Dirty Cop Suraj's chin as he tells him today he gets to uphold the honor of the uniform. If he chooses not to, then Karan will kill him when they leave the building. Realizing that he's damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't, Suraj dives into the bank and starts blasting the gang members.
Jai
takes advantage of the confusion and disarms the goon that's closest to him and
Renu, knocking him out in the process. We have a lot of running around, yelling,
and shooting before some of the key players start taking hits. Goga comes out
and shoots Suraj, not realizing who he is at first. After hitting Suraj in the
abdomen, he calls out his name and lowers his gun. Suraj returns fire, hitting
Goga twice in the midsection. Ranga sees his wounded brother and shoots at
Suraj, landing the shot in his chest. At this point Karan comes in and starts
blasting anyone in pantyhose. Well, on their heads, that is. Many people are
hit, including the men carrying the cash. Jai takes aim at a gang member for a
lethal shot, but Renu redirects him to shoot the man in the butt.
Eventually the survivors escape into the getaway car, with Raghav dragging the wounded Goga outside. Ranga attempts to take a parting shot at Karan (whom he recognizes!) but Jai shoots the pistol out of his hand. Ravi pulls out of the parking lot before Ranga can get outside, and is apprehended by Karan. Karan tries to pull the pantyhose off of Ranga's face, but only get it bunched up over his eyes. The actors, being the professionals they are, continue with the scene anyway.
Karan
points his gun at Ranga's face, and asks him if he recognizes him. Ranga says he
does, and Karan tells him he's brought a delivery of fresh-baked death. Well, he
might not have said all that, but he was thinking it. Karan tells Ranga to go
home (what?!) and tell his father to prepare for some funerals. As soon as Goga
kicks the bucket, Ranga and Bhujang are soon to follow. Ranga races off towards
the other van and speeds off.
Back at Bhujang's place we see the remaining men dragging the perforated Goga into the living room and soiling the rugs. Goga is lowered onto a table where he delivers a smashing deathbed speech. He identifies Inspector Karan as not only being more alive than expected, but he's also the one behind all of the recent trouble for the gang. Having passed along this information, Goga dies. Bhujang gives the camera a fierce bulging-eyed stare as we zoom in on his angry face.
Sometime later, presumably the same day, we see Bhujang and his remaining entourage walking through a rocky valley carrying torches to light Goga's pyre. Bhujang shouts into the air that he swears to light Inspector Karan's pyre within three days. He throws his torch off, and it is unexpectedly caught by Karan! Karan tells him that every time Bhujang does something to weaken their country, he will have to light more pyres for his men.
Bhujang
signals his gang, and dozens of men point guns at Karan. They are all held at
bay when they see Jai pop up literally out of nowhere to point a gun at Ranga's
head. He points out that Bhujang is already lighting one son's pyre today. It
would be a shame to have to do it twice. He calls Bhujang by the name Bhairav
Singh, and says that he killed his father back when Jai was a small child.
Don pulls a gun and points it at Jai's head! Ranga takes Jai's gun and covers the other side of Jai's face, only to be interrupted by Ravi who pulls a gun and points it at Bhujang's head, at which point Jai takes his gun back from Ranga and moves to stand next to Karan who has forgotten his gun at home. Got all that? Good! Ravi explains that he was only spying on the gang to bring it down from the inside, and our three heroes are united at last.
Karan and Jai run over to a Jeep and throw some grenades to cover Ravi's retreat, and they all drive off (rather leisurely, I might add) to safety. The gangsters move to attack, but Bhujang stops them. He tells them that mere strength isn't enough at this point, and they'll have to be clever. I'd have to say that if all twenty or thirty men opened fire, they probably could kill the heroes and end this now, but then we'd not have the big showdown at the end. You see, it's all quite simple. (sigh)
