I got to try a lot of new foods and drinks! I have to say that I am a big fan of sugarcane juice. It's probably a good thing I can't get that here, as I'd be hitting that pretty hard.
We hired a private car to take us on a tour of the city, and made many, many stops. First up was Juhu Beach (click on the smaller pictures for full-sized photos):

It was still pretty early in the day when we made this stop, so that's why there aren't too many people there! Yes, I do realize how much of a tourist I look like here, but hey - I was a tourist! Our next stop was the Hanging Gardens and Kamala Nehru Park:

Our next stop took us to the Gateway of India. Not only did I get to see this impressive monument, but we took a boat ride out into the Arabian Sea! When we got off of the boat, the most amazing coincidence happened - we saw the shooting of a Bollywood movie! Unfortunately I couldn't see who our stars were, but we got to watch two takes of a musical number being performed!
