Upstairs we find Radz lying on the bed and talking to Murli on the phone. She tells him how nice the new house is, and how she wishes he could see it. There is a random, clumsy knock on the door and she hushes up quickly. She calls out to see who it is, but we cut away before we find out. Over in Rohan's room, Jhil is stretched out with Rohan as he tries to fall asleep. We look at them for a moment before cutting back to Radz's room. She is under the covers know and is looking through a book as Virag lets himself into the room. He asks her if she's sleeping yet (um, okay), and she makes up an excuse that she's been reading the book since she wasn't sleepy. Another jump cut to Rohan's room where he seems to have finally dropped off. Jhil gets up and lets herself out of the room, while Virag says goodnight to Radz and turns out the lights. Once he's gone, we hear Radz resume her phone call, and she taunts Murli with the idea of him coming over to see her since she's all alone in her room now.

Jhil and Virag meet in the atrium of the house and cover the facts - everyone is asleep or soon to be, and they are alone. Virag gets that amorous look in his eye and suggests they take advantage of this newfound solitude. As they walk into their bedroom, we see a silhouette of a man in the immediate foreground, watching the two of them. Inside the bedroom, Virag and Jhil share a toast, giving Virag the chance to smooth talk her a little bit. He even suggests that they dance a little, and gets up to play some soft music.

AS Virag is prepping the room, we catch a glimpse in a point-of-view shot outside of their room, looking in through a window from the atrium. We are wobbling a bit, so our cameraman is either drunk, or the character doing the looking is a little unsteady. The two of them dance closely and talk about the old days, after the marriage but before Rohan came along. They begin to get a little snuggly up against a wardrobe, then move away from it. As they step out, the wardrobe wobbles fairly hard, and topples to the floor immediately behind them!

The racket alerts Radz, who calls down to ask if they are all right. They tell her it's nothing, and to go back to sleep. Oddly, Rohan is not disturbed by either the falling furniture, nor the people calling out between floors. We see the house from the outside as all of this is going on, and the lights are turned on and off as the conversation begins and ends. Once things get dark again, we see the weeping woman from the first scene is now perched on Rohan's swing out on the Spooky Tree. The scene fades out, but we hear the swing creaking as it moves for a few seconds.

When the sun rises, the camera is now sitting on the swing, and the house is rocking back and forth as the swing moves. Inside, Jhil is getting breakfast ready for Rohan as well as trying to get herself ready for work. She continues bustling around the atrium, reminding Virag of all the chores she needs him to do around the house. She also calls to Radz to get a move on, since they're going to be late. They finally get their act together and head out, waving and smiling to the boys as they go back into the house. As the men walk past one of the windows, we can see the Spooky Tree outside. As we watch, an odd buzzing sound, like an angry swarm of bees can be heard.

On the road, we follow the ladies as they make their way into town. The camera lingers on the side of the road for a moment, showing us the scuffed and muddy pants legs of someone standing in the underbrush. Jhil makes her way through her morning routine, and happily chats about the house to some of her colleagues.

Back at the house, Virag is working on his laptop in his study. Behind him in the atrium, Rohan is bouncing the recently-washed tennis ball up and down. Rohan seems to be content with entertaining himself, when suddenly the ball stops moving. This wouldn't be so unusual were it not for the fact that it stopped moving in midair, just above Rohan's eye level. Naturally a bit curious about this, Rohan studies the ball carefully. He reaches up to try and move the ball, but it is firmly lodged in the open space.

Rohan calls over to his father to tell him that the ball is hanging motionless in the air, but all he gets out of Virag is "umm hmm." Rohan repeats his news, a bit more insistently. He says he's not pretending, and that it really is hanging in space. Virag says that this is a good magic trick, but he hasn't turned around to look yet. Rohan gets mildly agitated and loudly tells Virag to look at the ball. As we all expect, as soon as Virag turns around the ball drops harmlessly to the floor. Rohan looks pleadingly at his father, and swears he was telling the truth.

Virag patiently walks over to Rohan, and says that he (Virag) is the storyteller in the house, and Rohan shouldn't make up his own. Rohan goes to get the ball after it rolled under a table, but Virag tells him to leave it be, and to go outside and play. Rohan takes his trike out on the porch, and notices that there is a cool tool shed out in the yard that he hasn't explored.

The shed seems to think it would be nice of Rohan to visit, as the door is opened slightly from within by unseen forces. Not wanting to appear rude, Rohan obliges his invisible guests and saunters over to the shed, and walks inside. We stay outside, and watch as the door slowly creaks closed behind him, leaving Rohan alone in the dark.
