Jhil tells Radz to look at her, and asks if she really is all right. Radz, now calming down, tells her that she is indeed fine, and Jhil goes away. Radz gets some of her confidence back, and looks out the window facing the yard, and mildly kids herself for getting scared of the dark. She goes off to her room, but not before several shapes, unnoticed by Radz, gather outside of the window watch her leave.

Upstairs, we see Jhil stirring in her sleep. She reaches for the nightstand to have a sip of water, but her glass is dry. She stumbles off to refill it, and takes a look into Rohan's room just to see how he's doing. Unfortunately, the sheets are thrown back and his little bed is empty. Jhil begins calling his name and checking around the room to see if he's hiding, but he's nowhere to be found. She quickly begins to panic, and starts checking other rooms. Radz and Virag hear her and come out to help look, but he doesn't seem to be in the house. Virag asks the women if they've looked outside for him, and they have not. Virag gets heads out to have a look. He checks the shed and hears a disturbance. However a closer look reveals that a cat is up to no good in there, not Rohan.

Over to Jhil, who is checking the other part of the yard. She calls Rohan's name a few times before she sees something that makes her do a double-take. She heads off towards the Spooky Tree, where we see a ladder has been erected to reach the top branches. We look up into the tree and sure enough - there's little Rohan, doing his silent animated talking to invisible people act. Jhil and Virag look at each other in bewilderment as to what's plaguing their kid.

They take Rohan inside, and try to find out what possessed him to go climbing trees at three o'clock in the morning. Rohan insists that his story is true - he went up into the tree because Manish and Jyoti were unable to sleep, so he went up to sing nursery rhymes with them. Virag has had about enough of this nonsense, and he takes a stern tone with Rohan. He repeats Jhil's question pretty forcefully, but Rohan pretends to be sleepy and buries his face in Jhil's lap. The parents look at each other with exasperation, as Radz looks on from the stairs.

They put Rohan back to bed, and Radz turns in also. The parents have a seat on the steps and discuss their little problem. They theorize as to what could be causing this unusual behavior. Jhil thinks that he is not reacting well to the new environment, since it's so large, he has such an active imagination, and no friends to play with. They fret for a bit longer, then the shot goes outside to the tree once again. More DCL taunts us, and the night comes to an uneasy end.

The next morning we find Radz on the phone with Murli, talking about the adventure the night before. She tells him what Rohan did and how they were all so worried about him. She also mentions that they've hired a maid to help look after Rohan during the day so that Virag can work without worrying about what sort of trouble Rohan can get himself into.

Cut to the nursery where Rohan is riding his trike around the new maid who is trying to get him to drink a glass of milk. Rohan is adamant in his refusal to do so, until Rukma (the maid) tells him that Manish and Jyoti said they'd come by to play if he did what she asked him to. Rohan is astonished to learn that Rukma is also friends with them, and happily obliges her request. Jhil and Virag smile at each other in contentment, sure that their problems are soon to be over now that Rohan has a playmate, of sorts.

Later that day, Rukma is dressing Rohan after a bath. He asks her what else his friends told her about him. She says that they said he is a nice boy who never cries and always does what he should. Rohan is a little confused why they haven't come to play with them like she said they would. She tells him that they will be by later to play with him and his toys, and they'll all have a grand time making a big mess. She tells him to eat his lunch and she'll be right back to look in on him.
